Maria Wood, MS, SHRM-SCP

Assistant Vice President, Organizational Development, Human Resources | St. Luke’s University Health Network

Maria joined St. Luke’s in 2019 and oversees Network Organizational Development including the HRIS/Workday, Learning Innovation/Talent Optimization, Career Navigation, Performance/Engagement and Organizational Consulting teams.
Prior to St. Luke’s, Maria held various Human Resource operational roles at Motorola, Teva Pharmaceuticals and AmerisourceBergen. Maria holds multiple certifications, in 360 Multi-rater Feedback (KornFerry), Situational Leadership II® (Ken Blanchard), FIERCE®, Hogan®, and MBTI®. She also has her SHRM-SCP certification.

Maria earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/ Organizational Management from Gwynedd Mercy University and a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Drexel University.
Maria resides in Haycock Township, Bucks County with her husband Doug and their “Doods,” Carter and Daisy. Together they have five kids and recently welcomed their first granddaughter, Ella Mae.
