Crystal Williams
Director of Development, New BethanyCrystal Williams serves as director of development at New Bethany Inc, where she leads fundraising efforts focused on major gifts, corporate and foundation partnerships, planned giving and special events. Her work is rooted in strategic communication and relationship-building, with a strong emphasis on dignity, impact and long-term sustainability.

Williams is passionate about connecting people to purpose through storytelling, collaboration and community engagement. She currently serves as a board member of the Chamber Nonprofit and Business Partners, Camel Hump Farm, and the DEI committee of the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce, and as a committee member for Chamber Policy, the Junior League of the Lehigh Valley and the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA). She is also a member of the National Black MBA Association (NBMBAA) and the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP), through which she is actively pursuing her Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) credential.
Williams holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Cedar Crest College and a bachelor’s degree in strategic communications from Temple University, along with certificates in corporate social responsibility, project management, and human resources.
