Dr. Lynette Luckers Hunt, LPC, NCC, is a licensed professional counselor, a non-profit leader, with over 20 years of experience in higher education and mental health services. Her career spans roles as dean, professor, and department chair, as well as leadership in residential programming and mental health day programs. She is also a certified Grief and Recovery Specialist and has served for years as a ministry leader within her church community. Dr. Lynette holds a B.A. in Social Work from Bloomsburg University, an M.S. in Counseling from Shippensburg University and an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership and Administration from East Stroudsburg University.

Inspired by her own lived experiences with caregiving and loss, Dr. Lynette founded SoulGood Healing LLC, where she blends professional expertise with deep compassion to support women navigating grief, adoption and identity issues, and major life transitions. Her approach is rooted in empathy, resilience, and a commitment to helping women find balance and hope. She is the founder of the Marion Luckers Kidney Foundation, created in memory of her mother to support individuals and families impacted by kidney disease. Dr. Lynette is a coauthor of Breathe. Balance. Bloom. – A 90-Day Grief & Wellness Activity Journal for women focusing on grief and loss, healing, growth, and mindfulness.
