Shonda Moralis, MSW, LCSW, Menopause Society Certified Practitioner, is a psychotherapist, speaker, perimenopause educator, and executive performance strategist specializing in midlife women leaders. For more than 30 years, she has supported women through life’s evolving seasons — from new motherhood and work-life balance to the menopause transition.

Drawing on her clinical expertise in behavioral health, Shonda translates the science of perimenopause and midlife into practical, evidence-based strategies that strengthen focus, resilience, and wellbeing. She helps organizations understand the psychological and biological realities of midlife and apply structured support that protects productivity, engagement, and retention of experienced female talent.

Through keynotes, workshops, and her six-month Reclaim Midlife@Work mentoring program, Shonda partners with forward-thinking organizations to stabilize executive performance and support leadership continuity during a predictable yet often overlooked career stage.
