Diane Hegedus, MSN, RN, PHRN, CEN, NPD-BC

Diane Hegedus is a healthcare education and workforce development leader with more than 15 years of experience across various nursing clinical and academic realms. Her work focuses on bridging the academic–practice gap, advancing sustainable academic and career pathways, and supporting career advancement within large, complex health systems. A proud two‑time Cedar Crest College alumna (BSN, MSN) and a 20‑year colleague of Lehigh Valley Health Network—now part of Jefferson Health, Diane brings a deeply personal perspective to her work. As a first‑generation college graduate, and daughter of immigrant parents, she currently serves as a Network Academic Career Consultant and is a doctoral candidate in a PhD in Nursing Science program. Diane appreciates the balance that comes with being a workforce leader, registered nurse, doctoral student, and mother of four. She empowers others to lead with purpose, passion, and perseverance.
