With a career spanning media, nonprofit leadership, and public governance, Andrene offers a unique cross-sector perspective on how organizations operate—and where they break down. She began her journey in the creative sector as a ghostwriter for Atlantic Records artists and Editor-in-Chief of Caribbean Elite Magazine, roles that sharpened her mastery of narrative strategy and community engagement. Driven by impact, Andrene founded the Fine Feather Foundation, an arts-based mental health nonprofit that scaled to serve over 700 youth by leveraging creative expression to bridge systemic gaps in care.
Her commitment to public leadership continued as a three-term elected president of the Allentown School Board, where she championed initiatives for mental health services, arts programming, and whole-child learning frameworks. With over 20 years of experience in management and operations—including strategic roles within national luxury retail—Andrene specializes in organizational infrastructure and coordination. Today, as Founder and CEO of Excelsior Advancement Solutions, she partners with boards and executives to align organizational structures with long-term mission goals. Her guiding philosophy remains steady: identify the gap, design the system, and keep moving forward—ever upward.
