
Anne Baum
President, Lehigh Valley Reilly Children’s HospitalAnne Baum is the President of Lehigh Valley Reilly Children’s Hospital, where she leads strategic planning and operations for the third busiest children’s hospital in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Lehigh Valley Reilly Children’s Hospital cares for kids of all ages with over 31 pediatric specialists, and the region’s only children’s surgery center, children’s cancer center, children’s express care and children’s emergency department.
Ms. Baum is a member of the boards of Girl Scouts of Eastern PA, the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce, Valley Youth House, Lehigh Valley Industrial Parks, Lehigh Northampton Airport Authority, Allentown Symphony and Northampton Community College Foundation. She serves on the Lehigh University Health Systems Engineering Industry Advisory Council, the Downtown Allentown Community Development Initiative.
She has received numerous awards including PA Best 50 Women in Business, ATHENA International, Girl Scout’s Take the Lead Award, Lehigh Valley Business Women of Influence, Chamber Volunteer of the Year, United Way Campaign Volunteer of the Year, and the YWCA Golden Laurel Award.
Anne earned her BS in Biology from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana, IL and her MS in Health Systems Management from Rush University, Chicago, IL. She is certified by the Protocol School of Washington as a protocol and etiquette consultant and is the author of the books Small Mistakes, Big Consequences: Develop your Soft Skills to Help You Succeed and Small Mistakes, Big Consequences for Interviews.
