Ashley Russo

Ashley Russo is a media entrepreneur, co-founder, and chief community and culture officer of Turnstone Creative LLC. An award-winning executive producer and 25-year media veteran, Ashley brings a thoughtful, people-first approach to building businesses rooted in storytelling, connection, and purpose.

In 2012, Ashley co-founded ASR Media, a nine-time Emmy® award-winning video production company, and later helped lead its merger into Turnstone Creative—a women-owned and women-led marketing agency that reflects her commitment to collaboration, creativity, and long-term community impact. As CCO, Ashley serves as Turnstone’s strategic and cultural steward. She plays a key role in shaping the company’s vision and ensuring that its entrepreneurial spirit remains at the core of its growth. From guiding internal culture and team development to fostering meaningful client and community relationships, Ashley helps create an environment where creativity thrives and people feel supported. Her leadership ensures that Turnstone’s work remains grounded in purpose while continuing to evolve and expand.

Deeply connected to the Lehigh Valley, Ashley is an active community leader. She serves on the boards of Girl Scouts of Eastern Pennsylvania, Children’s Home of Easton, and Hospital Central Services, Inc. & Affiliates, and contributes her time to organizations including Women United, the American Heart Association, the Wildlands Conservancy, and Northampton Community College’s Food & Wine Gala. Her work reflects a genuine commitment to her community and supporting the next generation of leaders.
