Cheryl Doll

Cheryl Doll is a Family Business Consultant at Compass Point and works closely with owners and their leadership teams to build a strong foundation for continued success around the concepts of strategy, execution, leadership, talent, systems, profit, and core customer.

During her two decades in higher education, her work gravitated to leadership, recruitment, retention and organizational development. Her career culminated in working with college presidents on strategic planning and the organizational improvements needed to adapt their

institutions to an ever-changing landscape. Growing up in both successful and unsuccessful family businesses, Cheryl decided to take her experience in strategic planning to help family businesses with growth, value, and succession. She has brought that experience to the family business environment to assist companies grow in a way that builds stronger families, better communities and supports future generations. When not at work, Cheryl enjoys hiking Lehigh Valley trails, live music, trying new breweries, weekends at the farmers market with her daughter, and spending quality time with her family and friends.
