Cindy Evans is an accomplished professional with over 12 years of experience in workforce development, human resources, and career facilitation. She currently serves as the Director of Lehigh Valley LaunchBox at Penn State Lehigh Valley, where she leverages her extensive expertise to foster innovation and support entrepreneurial ventures in the region.

Cindy holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Elizabethtown College, and a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Development, from Villanova University. She is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and is also a Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF), highlighting her commitment to both local and international career development practices.

In her current role, Cindy oversees the strategic direction and operations of Lehigh Valley LaunchBox, an initiative designed to support and accelerate the growth of early-stage startups. She collaborates with community leaders, mentors, and industry experts to provide resources, workshops, and networking opportunities for entrepreneurs. Her leadership has been instrumental in fostering a vibrant entrepreneurial ecosystem in the Lehigh Valley area.
