Danielle N. Adams-Wiltshire, PCC is the founder and Chief Empowerment Officer (CEO) of QueenSuite LLC, dedicated to democratizing professional development for marginalized professionals around the globe. Her mission is to equip individuals with the confidence, success strategies, and work-life harmony they need to thrive in both business and life. A certified professional coach, facilitator, TED Fellows coach, and keynote speaker, Danielle specializes in unlocking leadership potential, enhancing communication, and fostering career growth for professionals across diverse industries. Since 2014, Danielle has transformed the leadership landscape by making coaching accessible to leaders at all levels, particularly those from underrepresented backgrounds. Unlike traditional coaches, she provides tailored support for marginalized professionals, helping them break through systemic barriers and cultivate the skills they need to realize their full potential. Through her holistic approach, Danielle empowers professionals to lead with purpose, communicate effectively, and implement career strategies that drive personal and organizational growth. When she is not busy making an impact as a member of the Board of Directors with the YWCA Allentown or the Women’s Business Council of the Chamber of Commerce, Danielle is enjoying time with her adopted American Staffordshire Terrier, caring for the 70+ plants (all cleverly named) in her home office, listening to 90s throwback music, or enjoying a walk down one of the local Main Streets.
