
Erin Ludwig
Executive Director of Community Engagement, Lehigh Valley Health NetworkErin Ludwig is the Executive Director of Community Engagement at Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN), where she is responsible for leading overall strategic engagement with community-based organizations, major venues and events, and other foundational community partners. Additionally, she leads the network’s charitable investment strategy for the purpose of sustaining healthy and vibrant communities, guides the network’s facility milestone and other major events portfolio, supports new market development through community partnerships, and serves as executive liaison to the LVHN Board of Associates.
Prior to joining LVHN, Erin worked in the front office of the Lehigh Valley IronPigs Baseball franchise (Triple-A, Philadelphia Phillies) as the team’s Marketing Services Manager, responsible for the day-to-day management and execution of sponsorship contracts for nine Founding Partners and 27 corporate suite holders, among other national and regional clients.
In the community, Erin currently serves on the Board of Directors of Discover Lehigh Valley and the Lehigh Valley Zoological Society, as well as the Executive Cabinet of the Burn Prevention Network’s annual Spirit of Courage Awards. She also serves nationally as co-chair of the Strategic Communications & PR track of the Society for Health Care Strategy and Market Development’s annual conference.
Erin was a founding board member of the Young Professionals Council of the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce and is a past recipient of the Chamber’s Future Leader of the Lehigh Valley Excellence in Business Award. She is also a past recipient of the Lehigh Valley Business Forty Under 40 Award. At LVHN, she was the co-founder of the LVHN Young Professionals and a founding member of the network’s Actions Against Racism and Advancing Equity Council.
Erin is a graduate of the College of Communications and Schreyer Honors College at Penn State University, University Park, Pa. She holds a B.A. in Public Relations and earned dual minors in Business and Communication Arts & Sciences, as well as honors in Journalism through completing an undergraduate thesis in media ethics.
She lives in Lower Macungie with her husband Brad and daughter Paige.
