As Co-President of this family-owned business, Fusun combines strategic leadership with a deep respect for the company’s legacy, having built upon its strong foundation to expand services, grow client relationships, and cultivate a collaborative, people-first culture.

Under her leadership, ET&T has evolved from a traditional telecommunications provider into a comprehensive technology partner, offering managed IT services, business phone systems, cybersecurity solutions, and structured cabling. This growth has been driven by a commitment to customer satisfaction, employee development, and innovation. Today, ET&T boasts year-over-year revenue growth, a loyal client base, and a team with an average tenure of 10 years. As a multigenerational business, ET&T holds a special place in Fusun’s heart. Her daughters are actively involved in the company, bringing new energy and perspectives while carrying forward the mission and values instilled by their grandparents.

Beyond the office, Fusun is deeply involved in the community. She is an active member of United Way of the Greater Lehigh Valley’s Women United and Tocqueville Society and serves on nonprofit boards including Girl Scouts of Eastern Pennsylvania, the Monocacy Farm Project, and the American Red Cross. In 2025, Fusun received Lehigh Valley Business’s Circle of Excellence honor. As a woman in the technology sector, she is a strong advocate for increasing female representation in STEM and is committed to building a workplace where all employees are empowered to grow.
