Elev-AI-te: How Women Can Use Generative AI to Advance Their Careers

10:45 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.

Generative AI is already changing how work gets done, but many women I speak with feel unsure how to use it confidently, ethically, and effectively, or worry that relying on it might somehow diminish their voice or credibility.

In this session, I share how I use generative AI as a career accelerator, not a replacement. I break down what AI really is (and isn’t) in plain language and show how women can use it to work smarter, communicate more clearly, and show up more confidently in their roles.

A key focus of this session is prompting because the real power of AI isn’t the tool itself, but how you ask it to work for you. I’ll share real, practical examples of prompts I use in my own work that attendees can immediately adapt for their roles, whether they are preparing for a meeting, refining a difficult email, organizing complex information, or getting clarity before a high-stakes conversation.

I’ll walk through how I use thoughtful, intentional prompts to:
• Clarify my thinking and strengthen written and verbal communication
• Save time on low-value tasks without sacrificing quality or integrity
• Prepare for presentations, negotiations, and leadership conversations
• Support growth and confidence while preserving authenticity

This session is designed for women at any career stage. My goal is for attendees to leave with clear guardrails, usable prompt examples, and the confidence to use generative AI responsibly as a tool to elevate their impact, visibility, and leadership.
