Katy Kresge

Katy Kresge is a higher education administrator with 20 years of experience in operations and event management. She currently serves as Associate Vice President for Campus Operations at Cedar Crest College. In this role she manages facilities and grounds, conference services, the Rodale Aquatic Center, general services and serves as Festival Director for Cedar Crest College’s Mayfair. Kresge holds a B.A. in Communication from Lycoming College and an M.B.A. from DeSales University.

Kresge is passionate about community engagement. She currently serves on the Allentown Board of Directors for the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce and engages in volunteer work for Habitat for Humanity of the Lehigh Valley and Adopt-a-Boxer Rescue. Kresge also serves as a group fitness instructor at KSP Fitness in Bethlehem, where she enjoys helping members build both strength and confidence. She has been named a Woman of Influence by Lehigh Valley Business and in 2023 was named Cedar Crest College’s Staff of the Year.
