
Krissi Echevarria (they/she)
Manager, Inclusion & Community Engagement, LINCKrissi relocated to the Lehigh Valley after years of visiting family and friends in the area. A product of California’s diverse central coast community, Krissi has come to appreciate the rich history and opportunity available in the Lehigh Valley. They received their bachelor’s degree, with honors, from the University of California – Berkeley in social welfare and education. Krissi is passionate about community engagement, social impact, and systemic change. Krissi enjoys creating greater networks of diverse talent in the Lehigh Valley and serving the LINC community. Krissi values community engagement and believes that the communities we cultivate are essential for personal and professional success. Krissi has presented topics including the fundamentals of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, interpersonal communication, relationship building, literacy and access to education, understanding bias, privilege, and oppression, and belonging in the workplace. Krissi serves as Co-Chair of the Media/Marketing committee for the City of Bethlehem’s Patillas, Puerto Rico, Sister City-Commission and is an active member of Queer Trans Lehigh Valley’s advocacy committee. Krissi will be pursuing their Master of Social Work beginning Fall of 2025 and hopes to continue to grow and serve the region. In their free time, Krissi can be found exploring local coffee shops and farmers markets, reading, or connecting with friends and chosen family. Whatever she is doing, you can guarantee her dog or one of her 2 cats will be by her side.
