Krista Berardelli

Krista Berardelli is a seasoned professional specializing in marketing, business development, and community engagement, currently serving as the Business Development Director for Agentis Plumbing, a third-generation family-owned company and a trusted name in the Lehigh Valley since 1954. In her role she leverages her passion for fostering relationships and her proven expertise to enhance the company’s presence and impact in the community. Prior to her current position, Krista held pivotal roles at The Promenade Shops at Saucon Valley where she managed marketing strategies, public relations, and business development. As the voice of the Lifestyle Center, Krista spearheaded traditional and digital campaigns, built connections between local and national brands, and organized events that elevated the visibility of over 60 shops and restaurants. Her efforts bridged businesses with the community, strengthening The Promenade’s reputation as a premier shopping destination. Krista’s career began at Lehigh Valley International Airport (ABE) as a Marketing Intern, where she quickly rose to Marketing Coordinator. At ABE, she focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences, out-of-the-box interactive displays and marketing campaigns. A proud alumna of Kutztown University, Krista earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with dual degrees in Management and Marketing. She is deeply involved in the community, serving as Immediate Past Chair of the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce Young Professionals Council and contributing to the GLVCC Board of Governors and Executive Committee. Residing in Freemansburg, Krista is dedicated to continuing her professional growth while fostering relationships that support the success of the Lehigh Valley.
