LaToya Pryce is a dedicated professional with over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, specializing in advancing Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB). Holding a Bachelor of Science in Marketing, an MBA in Organizational Leadership, and currently pursuing a PhD in Organizational Leadership (expected 2025), LaToya is deeply committed to continuous personal and professional development.
Throughout her career, LaToya has held various leadership roles, with a strong focus on driving cultural change and fostering inclusive environments. As the Culture and Inclusion Officer at Visions Federal Credit Union, she leads efforts to embed DEIB into the organization’s fabric, ensuring that every employee has the opportunity to thrive in an environment of respect, empowerment, and equal opportunity.
