Lauren Kiefer

Lauren Kiefer is currently the Regional Director of Human Resources for the St. Luke’s University Health Network Allentown and Sacred Heart campuses and has over 10 years of experience in human resources leadership.

Lauren graduated from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Management.  She began her career working as a manager in hotel operations for Marriott International, and it was during her time working in the hotel industry that she transitioned to human resources holding leadership positions for Fairmont Hotels and Resorts and Ritz-Carlton.  Lauren also held human resources positions in both the banking and senior living industries and believes her foundation for providing luxury-level customer service and opportunities to work in various industries diversifies and strengthens her ability to provide successful human resources support at senior leadership levels.  Lauren was born and raised in Allentown, and after living in Washington, DC and Boston, Massachusetts, she was thrilled to return to the Lehigh Valley in 2018 finding roles in human resources where the organizational mission supports her hometown community.  Lauren currently resides in Allentown with her husband and two children.
