Lauryn is a seasoned operations and government relations leader with more than 25 years of experience at Air Products and Chemicals, Inc., where she serves as the Senior Advisor in Government Relations. Known for streamlining complex processes and leading cross-functional initiatives, she brings a strategic and practical approach to solving business challenges. With over five years of hands-on experience working with artificial intelligence, Lauryn is the founder of Elev-AI-te, where she helps professionals and organizations leverage generative AI to enhance productivity, improve communication, and accelerate career growth. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Muhlenberg College, a Certificate in HR Management from Cedar Crest College, and a Certificate in Applied Generative AI from Johns Hopkins University.
