Liv Vesely serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Philanthropy Officer for Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN), now part of Jefferson Health. She leads comprehensive fundraising strategy in support of 15 hospital campuses across eastern Pennsylvania.

Under Liv’s leadership, LVHN has significantly expanded its donor base, strengthened clinician engagement in philanthropy, and increased overall charitable giving by 200 percent. She oversees enterprise-wide advancement strategy, aligning philanthropic priorities with clinical excellence, research, and community impact.

With a distinguished career in healthcare philanthropy, Liv has expanded fundraising programs across multiple markets and partnered closely with boards, executive leadership, and clinical teams to drive transformational results. Her experience includes senior advancement roles at Jupiter Medical Center (FL), Nuvance Health (CT), Mount Sinai Health System (NY), and Columbia University Medical Center (NY). Throughout her career, she has demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, grateful patient fundraising, campaign leadership, and building high-performing development teams.

Liv’s commitment to advancing community health and global engagement has earned her recognition, including nominations for prestigious awards. She brings a broad global perspective to her work, grounded in extensive academic training and leadership experience.  She holds multiple advanced degrees including a Masters in Public Health from Columbia University,  Masters in International Relations from University of Kent, England, and a Masters in Latin American Studies from New York University.
