Tanya Tyler

Tanya Tyler is the Executive Assistant to the Chief Human Resources Officer of Air Products. Tanya also serves as the co-chair of the company’s Black Employee Resource Group (BERG). BERG is a key partner in supporting Air Products’ diversity and inclusion strategy and objectives. Its mission is to actively build and sustain a healthy community that supports the recruitment, development, advancement, and retention of Black employees for the mutual success of the employee and Air Products. Tanya works hard along with BERG leadership to create programming, messaging, and resources to encourage that.
Tanya joined Air Products in 2018 as the Executive Assistant to the Chief Audit Executive. Prior to joining Air Products, Tanya was the Executive Assistant to the Chief Strategy Officer at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and EA to the Chief Information Officer of Draeger Medical Systems before that.
In addition to her work at Air Products, Tanya is the founder and Executive Director of the Lehigh Valley Inspirational Arts Foundation, a non-profit organization whose mission is to encourage individuals of all ages to embrace their creative power, share their stories, and become living sources of inspiration through the arts, education, and purposeful expression. Tanya also serves as a commissioner of the Allentown Arts Commission, a board member of the Lehigh Valley Arts & Cultural Alliance (LVACA) and the incoming Chair of the Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce Non-Profit Business Partners Council.
Tanya lives in Macungie with her partner, Patrick, and daughter, Maniya.
