Veronne Demesyeux

Associate Executive Director

Veronne Demesyeux, LMSW is the Associate Executive Director at New Bethany Ministries, whose goal is to provide hope and support to families and individuals on the road to self-sufficiency and living independently. Ms. Demesyeux has dedicated her educational and professional career to promoting the normalization of quality living standards for those who have suffered the effects of homelessness.

Ms. Demesyeux completed her undergraduate education at SUNY Old Westbury, New York, with a degree in Psychology, and her graduate program at SUNY Stony Brook, New York, with a master’s in social work. She is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Social Work from Capella University. She specializes in Crisis Intervention, Mentoring and Staff Training, Program Development, Case Management, Individual Counseling, and Group Therapy. Since moving to the Lehigh Valley, Ms. Demesyeux has received her NYS LMSW (July ’19) and PA LSW (January 20), in addition to winning the Lehigh Valley Business 2020 Forty under 40 Award and being the YWCA 2021 Mission Award Recipient.

During her professional career, Ms. Demesyeux has hosted several community-based programs and initiatives geared at fostering and strengthening each of her clients’ ties to the communities they belong to. Holding steadfast to integrity, diligence, and compassion, Ms. Demesyeux strives to provide the highest quality of care to those experiencing homelessness.
