Victoria Fields is an accomplished entrepreneur, community leader, and strategic advisor whose work spans business development, arts and culture, sustainability, youth leadership, and public wellness throughout the Lehigh Valley and beyond. She is the CEO and Founder of Victoria Fields Agency LLC, a premier marketing and business development firm specializing in strategic brand elevation, financial tools for small businesses, and comprehensive growth solutions for entrepreneurs. Originally from Brooklyn, New York, Victoria relocated to Allentown, Pennsylvania in 2004.

After graduating from Louis E. Dieruff High School, she studied Business Administration at Northampton Community College before pausing academics to focus on motherhood while simultaneously building an extensive multi-industry career. Victoria’s professional foundation was built in the national media and music industries, where she worked with powerhouse organizations including Viacom, BMI, Universal Music Group, BET Networks, VIBE Magazine, Island Def Jam, SiriusXM, and Hot 97. She supported major record label operations specializing in artist branding, imaging, and project development, and served as Executive Assistant to Torae Carr, current representative for the National Chapter of the Recording Academy.

Throughout her career, she has collaborated with influential leaders such as marketing hall of fame professional Bozoma Saint John and contributed to major corporate, content, and creative initiatives across New York City. A certified music professional through NYU’s Clive Davis Institute, Victoria also lectures at New York University, focusing on entrepreneurship, business development, creative strategy, and career advancement.

Deeply committed to community development and equitable representation, Victoria actively serves on multiple boards, committees, and civic initiatives across Bethlehem and the greater Lehigh Valley and started a New York Chapter for her organization: Boards & Accomplishments *Whitehouse Lifetime Achievement award recipient for Volunteerism 2020 *CDC award recipient for her invention in HEPA Filtration Mask during a national crisis (COVID response hero) *Inducted into Forbes BLK 2020 Bethlehem Food Co-Op – Board Member Blue Zones Initiative – Committee Member City of Bethlehem Sustainability Committee – Steering Member Latino Advisory Committee for the City of Bethlehem – Committee Member Southside Arts District – Member Certified Lehigh Valley Ambassador Northside Alive As a dedicated advocate for food access, sustainability, and urban farming, Victoria is a Penn State Certified Master Gardener and holds certification in Food & Nutrition with a focus on organic foods. Resigned from NYC Department of Education in 2016. She developed with the city the multicultural New York City lunch menus for over 36 schools in 10 districts. She is a community garden member of Bethlehem’s first Northside community garden and helps with activating community events with residents around sustainability, food education, and neighborhood beautification. She also serves as a youth mentor and public speaker, regularly engaging young people in entrepreneurship, leadership, and environmental awareness.

Victoria is a Youth Leader for the 4-H Blossoms Garden Club, operated through Penn State’s Agricultural Extension Office, where she teaches youth gardening, agricultural science, and community stewardship. Her dedication to healthy communities traces back to her role in helping launch Brooklyn’s first and only Whole Foods Market combining business leadership with her passion for wellness and food equity. Victoria is the co-operator of Agency Cowork on Hamilton St, a creative coworking space supporting entrepreneurs and emerging professionals. She is also the founder of Agency Arts & Culture Alliance, a nonprofit advancing multicultural arts, youth programming, and cultural development in the Lehigh Valley. Victoria additionally serves as the Youth Director of Amirah’s Hope Organization, her daughter’s nonprofit focused on STEM education, DNA science, and accessible learning pathways for underserved youth. Above all, Victoria is a proud mother of three and a champion for community empowerment, innovation, and generational impact. With over 20 years of experience, she remains a driving force in business advancement, creative strategy, civic engagement, and youth mentorship continuing to uplift the Lehigh Valley through leadership rooted in purpose, equity, and possibility.
